Last week was the Décover Mag #16 launch party. Remember my previous post about this Montreal based art mag and the launch of issue #15? This time it was in a more “normal” location compared to the magnificent church of last time, but the night was even nicer. The concept this time was that four different artists, with very different styles, were sharing a canvas to create collective piece of art. The boards were sold at auction later in the night. I did not buy anything, but I always find it exciting to see everybody bidding and to see the price get higher and higher…

I had the chance to discover a very talented artist named XRay. His work is very colorful and full of symbols and with an extreme use of fluorescent colors. Last Wednesday was my birthday!
